






BOSE: #FEEDBACK
Our task was to use a social media platform’s new functionality to connect with its young users — a hugely important pool of potential customers for a legacy brand’s products. But how do you do it without showing up to the party like a drunken uncle? You show up speaking their language and giving them what they’re asking for — and maybe next time you come around, they’ll welcome you instead of rolling their eyes and looking away.
The campaign consisted of six 3-minute long videos, plus social media posts and advertising.
My contributions included content strategy, creative direction, copywriting and video production.
