









SALEM FIVE BANK: WE'RE LISTENING
We inherited the tagline “Keep talking, we’re listening” from the client’s previous agency. But we were convinced it was a true differentiator — and we were determined to bring it to life. So we created a website along with the ads to drive traffic to it based around the simple, plainspoken question: “What do you want from your bank? We want to know.” When it came time to do the annual report, we put our money where our mouths were and put the focus on customers’ voices, letting them tell much of the story in their own words.
My contributions included copywriting, content strategy, editorial content, UX copy, online banners, microsite, and print.
